Community Corner

Wish Granted!!

A local resident of Troy Manor wanted nothing more than an afternoon out with her friends and family. Jane Neely is the loving mother of 6 daughters, 11 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.  She was granted a wish from The Dream Foundation, a program that makes dreams come true for adults facing terminal illness.  With the help of the staff of Community Loving Care Hospice and Cappuccino's Restaurant, Jane, her friends, and family were wisked away in a limousine to enjoy great food and wonderful company.  Wendy Meyerson, owner of Cappuccino's Restaurant in O'Fallon, was a gracious host who personally served Jane along with her attending caregivers from Community Loving Care Hospice.  Jane's dream wish with her friends and family was simple yet meaningful and a smile of gratitude never left her face.  Jane would like to thank Dr. Lewis and Wendy Meyerson for their generosity and kindness, along with The Dream Foundation and Community Loving Care Hospice for their cooperative work.
