O'Fallon Man Injured After Trying to Leave the Scene of an Accident

Man's car overturned near the intersection of Highway 94 and Interstate 64.

A 47-year-old man from , trying to leave the scene of an accident, wound up in the hospital with moderate injuries, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

Terrell Godier was attempting to leave the scene of an accident near the Highway 94 and Interstate 64 intersection on Monday just after 5 p.m. when he lost control of his car and struck a guard rail. The car then overturned and returned to the road coming to a rest on its wheels.

Godier, according to the highway patrol, was taken by ambulance to Mercy Medical Center in Creve Coeur with moderate injuries, though those injuries weren't immediately known.
