O'Fallon Welcomes Only Bomb Detecting Police Dog in St. Charles County

O'Fallon Police Officer Michael Aronson and his canine partner "Talos" graduated from the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department's Canine Training School in March.

The O'Fallon Police Department recently welcomed two new partners to the team. 

O'Fallon Police Officer Michael Aronson and his canine partner “Talos” graduated from the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department’s Canine Training School in March. 

With his graduation, “Talos” is now certified in building searches, article searches, area searches, tracking, apprehension work and handler protection.

Bomb detection work is his specialty. Canine Talos is unique because he is the only explosives detecting canine in St. Charles County.
