O'Fallon Police said the man had stolen a radio and later confessed to touching the woman.
An O’Fallon woman woke to find a man standing over her bed early Sunday morning. Another person chased the man out of the house, but the intruder lost his shoe.
O’Fallon Police said Jacob Lee Roberts, 18, of the 500 block of St. Matthew Avenue in O’Fallon, broke into a neighbor’s home in the 400 block of St. Matthew.
The woman said she recognized Roberts as a neighbor who had tapped on her bedroom window earlier and asked her to hang out.
