An O'Fallon woman is accused of selling heroin to her father, who overdosed and was hospitalized this weekend, according to STLtoday.com.
According to the article, Jodi L. England, 26, admitted to detectives that she provided the drug to her father, Steve England, of Moscow Mills. She was also found with drug paraphernalia in her car.
