O'Fallon Man Injured in Lincoln County Crash
Richard Luter sustained moderate injuries in the Sunday-afternoon accident.
Richard D. Luter, 24, of O'Fallon was injured in a two-car crash in Lincoln County Sunday.
Luter was attempting to make a left turn on northbound Highway 61 south of Route U at 3:40 p.m., when his 2003 Chevy Cavalier was struck by a 2012 Dodge Ram driven by Spencer L. Fleschman, 44, of Elsberry.
Luter sustained moderate injuries and he was taken by ambulance to SSM St. Joseph Hospital West in Lake Saint Louis.
Both drivers were wearing safety devices, the Missouri State Highway Patrol reported.
