O'Fallon Police Arrest One for Domestic Assault
The following information was supplied by the O'Fallon Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.
Domestic Assault
- A domestic assault was reported in the 5100 block of O'Fallon Lakes Drive in which no one was transported for injuries. An arrest was made but there are no charges at this time by the St Charles County Prosecuting Attorney's Office.
- A domestic assault was reported in the 1600 block of Homefield Meadows Drive. One of the parties was seen at an area hospital for non-life threatening injuries. An arrest was made but at this time there are no charges issued by the St Charles County Prosecuting Attorney's Office.
- A domestic assault was reported in the 3000 block of Homefield Winds Court on June 5. One party was arrested and transported to an area hospital for minor injuries. The other party was not transported for injuries. Charges were issued by the St Charles County Prosecuting Attorney's Office for two counts of Domestic Assault 3rd with a $25,000 dollar bond.
- A GPS was taken from an unlocked vehicle in an open garage on June 4.
- Cash was stolen in the 1000 block of Tom Ginnever Avenue.
