O'Fallon Police Conduct Red Light Enforcement

On Wednesday, police monitored O'Fallon intersections high in number of violations and crashes.

cracked down on red light violations earlier this week at the intersections of Veteran’s Memorial Parkway at Bryan Road and Routes K and N.

The enforcement was funded by a grant from the Missouri Department of Transportation’s Highway Safety Division in cooperation with the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration and the Missouri Safety Center.

Police say the focus was to stop and enforce red light and failure to yield right of way violations in intersections that are high in violations and in the top five with highest number of crashes in O'Fallon.
