Police: Assault Reported on Village Center Drive

Here are some of the recent reports from the O'Fallon Police Department.

July 12

• A gas drive-off was reported in the 300 block of South Main Street.
• A burglary was reported in the 200 block of Countryshire Drive. According to police, entry was made through an open garage door into an unlocked car, but no items were stolen.

July 13

• Police report an assault in the 7300 block of Village Center Drive. According to the crime log, the victim was punched in the face and sustained non-life threatening injuries. The investigation is still active.
• Credit cards were reported stolen from an unlocked car in the 2600 block of Tri Sports Drive.

July 15

• A GPS and pain medication were reportedly stolen from an undamaged car on Wellington Downs Drive.
• Electronics were reported stolen from an unlocked car on Royalmist Court.
• A 50-year-old St. Charles woman was issued a summons for allegedly stealing make-up in the 1300 block of Highway K.
