Police: Homeowner Pays For Repairs, Job Never Gets Done

The following information was supplied by the O'Fallon Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

Property Damage

  • Three air conditioner condenser units were damaged in the 8500 block of Veterans Memorial Parkway on April 2.

Burglary

  • Wheels and tires were taken from an open garage in the 1500 block of Hunters Meadows Drive on April 2. 

Stealing

  • The victim paid for home repairs in the 2600 block of Black Cherry Drive on April 2. The subject had not completed the work. 
  • Food, toiletries and a motorized shopping cart. The subject was arrested but there are no state charges at this time.
  • Freon and a valve from an air conditioning unit were stolen from the 300 block of Westbrook Drive.
