Police Blotter: Laptop Stolen from Unlocked Car

The following information was supplied by the O'Fallon Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

Stealing

• A laptop was stolen from an unlocked vehicle in the 1000 block of Mission Hills Drive. 
• A cell phone and cash were taken from a locker in the 2600 block of Highway K. 
• Appliances were stolen from Oxview Court on July 2. 
• A scam that the victim in the 600 block of Savannah Garden Drive was advised to put money on a MoneyPak card and then to give the subject the card number. The victim was then out the money on the card.
