Police: Employee Marked Down Prices on Items, Then Bought Them

The following information was supplied by the O'Fallon Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

Property Damage

  • Siding was damaged in the 100 block of Oakfield Drive on April 2. 
  • An access panel was damaged in the 600 block of Sheppard Drive on April 3. 
  • Wiper blades were damaged in the 500 block of Auto Mall Drive on April 3. 
  • A sprinkler head was damaged on April 3 at Meramec Shores Court. 

Stealing

  • A shopping basket and alcohol were stolen from the 3000 block of Highway K on April 2.
  • An employee in the 2300 block of Highway K was marking down the price of items and then purchased the items. A 46-year-old Old Monroe female was arrested. 
  • A handgun and a camera were taken from a vehicle in the 1500 block of Tea Party Lane on April 3. 
  • Cash was taken in the 900 block of Bryan Road on April 3. 
  • A bow, bow accessories, sunglasses and tokens were taken from an unlocked vehicle in the 900 block of Bentley Park Circle on April 3.
