Police: O'Fallon Man Charged With Burglary, Attempted Child Molestation
According to O'Fallon Police, Pedro Chavez, 24, allegedly broke into a home and tried to molest a 13-year-old girl on Tuesday.
An O'Fallon man is charged with burglary and attempted child molestation on Wednesday.
Thet received a call on Tuesday morning regarding an attempted child molestation and burglary in the 200 block of Casalon Parkway.
According to police, Pedro Chavez, 24, O'Fallon, allegedly attempted to molest a thirteen year old victim at the home, before leaving. Police say he later re-entered the home and approached the the victim again.

The St Charles County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office issued charges on Chavez a for two counts of Attempted Child Molestation and Burglary 1st Degree, with a $100,000 dollar bond.
