Police: Suspect Arrested For Following Victim With Knife

According to a recent crime log, police also responded to calls of stolen bikes, burglary and city property damage.

Here are some of the recent reports from the O'Fallon Police Department.

Aug. 1

  • A gas drive-off was reported in the 700 block of Highway K.
  • City property was reported damaged in the 200 block of Alexandria Drive. 
  • More city property was reported damaged in the 7400 block of Little Oaks Drive.
  • A burglary was reported in the 2000 block of Beckewith Trail.
  • Police responded to a domestic dispute in the 300 block of Eastgate Drive. According to police, the suspect was following the victim around with a knife. No one was injured. There was an arrest, but no charges filed as of right now. The investigation is ongoing.
  • City property was reported damaged in the 3400 block of Highway K.

  • License plate tabs were reported stolen on Karington Court.
  • A camera and car accessories were reported stolen from a car in the 8000 block of Knights Crossing Drive.
  • Headphones were reported stolen from a store in the 13000 block of Highway K.
  • Jewelry was reported stolen in the 700 block of Diamond Pointe Drive.
  • License plate tabs were reported stolen in the 1300 block of Sunny Trail Court.
  • Bikes were reported stolen in the 600 block of Summer Stoen Drive.
  • Alcohol was reported stolen from a refridgerator in an open garage on Dunmore Circle.
