Statutory Rape Charges Filed Against Ex-Timberland Teachers Aide
Police said the O'Fallon woman had a five-month-long relationship with a 16-year-old student.
A former teacher aide faces criminal charges for having sex with a 16-year-old student.
Victoria M. Reinke, 29, of the 600 block of Aster Lane in , was Aug. 10 with two counts of statutory rape and sexual contact with a student.
said that Reinke had sex with the student in her van at different locations around St. Charles County after school hours, including two sex acts at 549 Highway N in .

The relationship continued over a five-month period, according to the police report. Police found more than 400 cell phone calls and text messages between Reinke and the student from Dec. 25 and March 2012
The accepted Reinke’s resignation in lieu of termination. She also worked at when district officials learned of the allegations.
