My daughter and 2 youngest granddaughters were in this hotel 2 doors down. There were terrified and the police told her to get their thing and get out, that it wasn't safe to be in that hotel. The owner refused to refund them the remainder of their money. They got the room by bidding on PriceLine and after finding out where there were staying she looked up the ratings on the hotel. Ratings said it was a drug house, a homeless shelter, a prostitution house and yet PriceLine sent them there and would not offer them another hotel. This place should not be able to rent to the public. Shame on Wentzville...

And even after checking the place out BEFORE she checked into her room, she decided to stay??? Obviously she wasn't worried or she would have cut her losses and stayed elsewhere. By the way, ALL hotels/motels have those same problems.
