Mayor Names Eight Citizens to O'Fallon's New Historic Preservation Commission

O'Fallon Mayor Bill Hennessy has named eight citizens to the Historic Preservation Commission.

- Jamie Cronk, Ward 1, three-year term
- Laurie Stephens, Ward 2, three-year term
- John Goings, Ward 3, three-year term
- Sharon Vermilye, Ward 4, two-year term
- Kevin Satkus, Ward 5, two-year term
- Jim Frain, Ward 1, one-year term, At Large Member
- Michelle Carroll, Ward 2, one-year term, At Large Member
- Patricia Baratta, Ward 2, one-year term, At Large Member
The O'Fallon City Council approved the establishment of the commission at the Oct. 11 meeting.
Applicants were sought for backgrounds with architecture, law, real estate brokerage, banking, history or other fields related to historic preservation.Â
