My family moved to St. Charles County many years ago so my father could work in O’Fallon. Later, I started my career working on projects in and around the City. I have seen this area grow from a small community of about 15,000 people to one of ‘America’s Best Places to Live’ and one of the largest cities in the State of Missouri. I am also excited to work with the City staff, the elected officials, the Chamber of Commerce and the vibrant business community to continue to expand and support O’Fallon’s great quality of life.”

Hurlbert holds a Master of Arts degree in Urban Affairs from Saint Louis University and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management. He is AICP certified and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners, the American Planning Association (APA) and the APA’s Economic Development Division.
