According to a news release from the city, these changes are part of O’Fallon’s cost-saving initiative to consolidate billing operations and better serve patrons by providing one location for in-person payments. The process began last fall and will be complete with these final changes.

The changes will not impact water/sewer and trash/recycling collection.

Residents who have questions about their bill can contact billing at 636-379-5488. In case of an after-hours water/sewer emergency, customers can call 636-281-2858.
