Hopefully there will be candidates filing in O'Fallon today for Ward's 2 and 3. The residents/voters of O'Fallon deserve choices for their vote in all five wards.
Dear Community: Please, we NEED to find strong viable Candidates to run for Ward Three (3). Ward Three needs a good leader, a person who will be at the meetings to cast the votes. The current City Councilman has missed 70-percent of the City Council Meetings, since being elected to a Special Election two(2) years ago. In addition there are concerns that he does not reside at the "Winghaven Town Home" and is living with in St. Louis County. Ward Four (4) needs a viable Candidate to respresent Ward Four (4) Ward #3 is in Southwest O' Fallon consisting of the following: Highway N to the North Dardenne Prairie to the East Highway 64/DD to the South Wilson Road to the West With the following neighborhoods: Briarchase, Fieldstone Farms, Fox Haven, Springhurst, Twin Chimneys, Villages At Dardenne, Winghaven and other small Nieghborhoods Ward Four (4): in Midtown and West O' Fallon consiting of the following: Mexico Road to the North Highway N/Dardenne Prairie to the South Highway K to the East Lake St. Louis to the West Consisting following Neighboorhoods: Amber Meadows, Annbrook, Bayfield, Brighton Point, Brookmont, Bryan Meadows, Bryan Valley, Feise Forest, Great Warrior, Indian Springs, Mallard Point, Osage Meadows, Patriots Landing, Royal Springs, Sunset, Thornbury and other small neighborhoods. WE NEED YOUR LEADERSHIP AND HONESTY! Please look at the City Ward Map and the City Charter at: http://www.ofallon.mo.us/city-council

Rick Battelle definitely lives in O'Fallon. Rick Battelle might miss a meeting from time to time based upon his job responsibilities but the 70% figure is totally incorrect. I do hope that every ward will have competition at the end of today.

All the candidates for O'Fallon Public Office have registered and there is competition in every race.. Now, it's up to the 15 candidates to run positive campaigns and for the residents of O'Fallon to study the candidates and their positions on city issues and then vote....It's the American Way!
