I would like to make a plea. I would like for any member of the Chirco family to open an Italian restaurant in O'Fallon. When I was a kid, I washed dishes at Chirco's in West County. Then, sadly, it burned down.
You tried to open a new place in St. Charles in the old Kriegers, but you didn't have the recipes right and I guess couldn't keep it running.
Trust me when I say that if you would open a new Chirco's here in O'Fallon, and use the same recipies I grew up with, you would be packed every night.
You did St. Louis pizza the right way, the toasted ravs were the best and your red sauce is legendary. However, like I said it has to be the same recipes that Andy or Vito used when they ran the place in West County.
Please, for crying out loud, I need something different than Stefanina's every week. They are good, but you are the best.
