We live at a time when a new class of individual has emerged. These people are call the super-wealthy and names like Bill Gates and Warren Buffet come to mind. When I was a kid a million bucks was a big deal. Now we're talking about individuals that have net worths of several billions of dollars.
At a time when people are losing their homes and are working two jobs just to put food on the table, these super-wealthy individuals have found themselves in the crosshairs of society. It sure to be an issue in this up-coming election.
Both Obama and Romney are multi-millionaires. Obama is worth around 11 million while Romney is worth 200,000 million. So both sides are doing quite well for themselves, Romney much more than Obama in terms of money.

But there's one area that Romney has done an amazing job. In 2011, Romney donated over 4 million dollars to charity. Stop and think about that. That's 30% of his income.
Some might argue that he's so rich, giving away 4 million dollars to charity doesn't even phase him. Maybe so. But I still think giving away almost a third of your income to charity each year is pretty great.
