Ribbon Cutting Draws Big Crowd To Liberty High School

Liberty High School, located near the border of Lake Saint Louis and O'Fallon, is the Wentzville School District's third high school.

Wentzville School District's new high school, Liberty High School, opened its doors to the public at a ribbon-cutting ceremony Wednesday.

Interim Superintendent Curtis Cain said, "This building is a clean slate. . . A new school, a new school culture, built from the ground up."

The school will house a freshman class of 283 in its first year of operation. Parts of the building are still under construction.
