St. Dominic Trades Pencils and Planners for iPads

All 695 students at the O'Fallon high school adopted the new technology this fall.

St. Dominic High School is going high-tech this school year, asking students to trade in their old-fashioned planners and pens in favor of iPads.

Teachers will be posting notes and homework assignments online; students will be able to read materials, take quizzes and submit their work via their tablets.

The attached video from the City of O'Fallon shows the "iPad Initiative" program in use.
