All Tray Mitchell does is win.
The Holt running back keeps dominating on the football field and in the Athlete of the Week voting. Mitchell picked up his third straight Patch Athlete of the Week Award.
Let's see how the voting went down.
Which St. Charles County football player had the best Week 9?
- Armand Keely—Orchard Farm: 0 votes, 0 percent
- Jordan Norwine—Christian High School: 2 votes, 22 percent
- Tray Mitchell—Holt: 7 votes, 77 percent
Mitchell certainly closed the regular season in style. After winning back-to-back Patch Athlete of the Week awards, Mitchell didn't let up. In the final regular season game, Mitchell went off against Zumwalt West. Mitchell was again a workhouse for the Indians carrying the ball 30 times, racking up 226 yards in the process. He had three touchdowns (66, 47 and 21 yards) in the Indians' win.
Patch wants to thank everyone who voted. Remember, this whole contest is just for fun and bragging rights.
