- Andrew Deppe—St. Charles High School: 2 votes, 25 percent
- Stevenson Coleman—St. Charles West: 0 votes, 0 percent
- Jack Filla—Fort Zumwalt North: 2 votes, 25 percent
Stephens was the top point getter in all of the GAC. Stephens was led the GAC South, all of the GAC with his 67 points. The majority of his points came from his 26 goals—best in the GAC. He also chipped in 15 assists for the Vikings.
