Morning Star Church to Host Summer Youth Soccer Camp

Morning Star Church will be hosting a youth soccer camp July 23-27, 2012. Victory Soccer Camp, a five-day camp, runs from 9 a.m. until noon at Prairie View Elementary (1550 Feise Road, Dardenne Prairie, MO 63368) and is offered to boys and girls from ages 5-11. Goran Hunhak, who played 19 years of professional outdoor and indoor soccer in Europe and United States, will conduct the camp.

The youth camp is aimed at recreational level player and will focus on youth players development in terms of individual skill and team strategy. The cost of the camp is $60 per first child, and then $40 per each additional child.

About Coach Goran Hunjak

Goran was born in Croatia, Europe. He played 19 years of professional outdoor and indoor soccer in Europe and the United States. He has also coached a professional team for 4 years. God blessed him with a long professional career achieving many awards: seven times voted All Star; numerous times MVP and Offensive Player of the Year; member of the US Indoor National Team: honored to represent the United States in the 1996 Indoor World Cup in Spain; one of only 10 players in history to score 1,000 points; one of 16 players to score over 500 professional goals. Goran played in 18 different countries in the world. Goran also played locally for KC Wizards and KC Comets.
