  • Yoga Flow (Wednesdays, 9 a.m. / 6-Week Session for $54) Designed for those desiring to begin a regular Yoga practice or deepen an existing practice. Linking breath with movement, this fun flowing class will keep the heart rate elevated, improve balance, build stamina and re-energize all systems of the body. Includes standing and seated poses and a time of peaceful rest and meditation.

  • Slow Yoga Flow (Wednesdays, 12 p.m. / 6-Week Session for $54) A mindful, slow flow with attention to deep breathing and alignment. Excellent for developing core strength, muscular strength, flexibility and stress reduction. Students develop skills of concentration and patience that help focus the mind in moving meditation.

  • Restorative Yoga (Wednesdays, 6:30 p.m. / 4-Week Session for $36) Class is open to all who want to relax deeply, and ideal for those chronically stressed. Experience how Yin-style stretching, deep breathing and Christian meditation combine to build strength, calm the mind, and uplift the spirit.
