Slow Yoga Flow Class at Morning Star Church

A mindful, slow flow with attention to deep breathing and alignent.  Excellent for developing core strength, muscular strength, flexibility and stress reduction.  Students develop skills of concentration and patience that help focus the mind in moving meditation.  Ages 15 and older.  The class is 75 minutes and open to all levels.  Led by Dede Schreiner, Certified Yoga Instructor.  (No classes Sept. 28 or Oct. 26).
