Calling all Women!  You do not want to miss this event.

This is a FREE Event for Women Only!  Prizes to be won!

Be inspired, motivated and learn about becoming a Women of Wellness.  

Please wear exercise clothes and shoes.  You will have the opportunity to try different types of exercies, listen to some inspirational stories from women just like yourself and you will learn action steps to move you towards your wellness goals.
