Zumwalt North Ties For Ninth Place at State Wrestling Championship

The 81st State Wrestling Championships began on Thursday, and concluded on Saturday evening, at Mizzou Arena in Columbia, Mo.

Fort Zumwalt North finished tied in ninth place with 52 points at the State Wrestling Championship in Columbia over the weekend. 

Junior Zach Nelson finished in second place in the 112-pound bracket. He lost to Kearney’s Jaret Singh. Cole Reedy also finished in second place. He fell to Helias’ Tyler Loethen in the 152-pound championship match.
