Stray Bullet Plays O'Fallon Jammin' at Civic Park

The free concert features classic rock n' roll from the '60s-'80s from 6:30 – 9 p.m. on Tuesday, August 14.

Stray Bullet takes the stage at on Tuesday for one of the last shows in O’Fallon's free summer series.

The band brings the sounds of classic rock ‘n roll from the '60s to '80s.

Their song list includes music by: the Doobie Brothers, Santana, Jimi Hendrix, Cream, Grand Funk, Led Zeppelin, the Doors, Deep Purple, James Gang, ZZ Top, Bad Company, Badfinger, Nazareth Trapeze and more.

All four members of the band provide vocals, with Guy Kingsbury on lead vocals and guitar, Rick Littlejohn on guitar and keyboard, Jim Bodart on drums and Larry Phillips on bass guitar.

The free concert runs from from 6:30 – 9 p.m. on Tuesday, August 14. Residents are encouraged to bring chairs and blankets to enjoy the sounds of local bands this summer. According to a news release from the city, coolers are welcome but they are subject to inspection.

Concert goers can also enjoy concessions and an ADA-accessible playground,  Jammin’ is sponsored by the O’Fallon Parks and Recreation Department with support from local businesses.
