FZN Wrestling

The Varsity Wrestling team finished the regular season with a 8 - 3 dual meet record. The record marked the 14th straight winning season for the program! This weekend the team will compete in the MSHSAA District Tournament held on the campus of Warrenton High School. At Districts the FZN grapplers will attempt to qualify for the State Championships in Columbia, Missouri held over the course of three days from February 20 - 22. Wrestlers who place in the top four at Districts will advance to state.

The team has been led by - Shaun Beeman (106) 35 - 2, Austin Graler (126) 20 - 9, Trenton Jaco (132) 22 -14, Levi Kessels (170) 23 - 5, Alex Gown (182) 23 - 10, and Mason Seeger (220) 24 - 12.

District Wrestling Tournament Schedule

Friday - Feb. 14th

1st Round - 5:30 pm
1st Round WB - 7:30 pm
Quarterfinals - 8:00 pm

Saturday - Feb. 15th

2nd Round WB - 10:00 am
Semi-Finals and 3 Round WB - 11:30 am
Consolation Semifinals - 2:30 pm
1st and 3rd Place Matches - 4:00 pm
