Adopt a Pet: Abandoned Cats Search For a New Home Together

All Paws Rescue volunteers need help finding dogs and cats permanent homes.

Pets are available for adoption through , an O'Fallon based volunteer group working to save homeless dogs and cats.  All pets are kept in foster homes, where they receive the care they need to help prepare them for a permanent home.

All Paws is supported solely by private donations and fundraisers.  If you're interested in adopting an animal, you can browse their website or attend one of their weekend adoption events at area  stores. Last year they adopted out close to 300 pets.

Goldie is a six-year-old cat that had a nice home with another little cat, Petunia. According to volunteers, their owner decided to move and just abandoned them in the condo.

All Paws volunteers say Goldie is a very sweet and loving cat and very affectionate. She acts more like a dog than a cat, although she does love to sit on your lap. When she is happy she makes a silly little chortle sound. Goldie has been like a big sister to Petunia.  They have been together since Petunia was six-months old.  They clean each other and sleep with each other. They would very much like to be adopted together if at all possible.

All pets are spayed/neutered, microchipped, up to date on vaccinations and on a flea/tick preventative.  Cats are tested for FIV/FeLV and dogs are tested for heartworms. Adoption fee is $90 for cats and $125 for dogs.
