Emmaus's "Adopt a Home" program allows local community members to connect with the Emmaus Home residents. Your group is paired with a group of people in their community homes. From there you can help residents plant flowers, share a meal once a month, invite the residents to attend a church service, get together to watch a movie or watch a ballgame, help them with spring or fall cleaning, share a talent such as cooking or music, or decorate for a special occasion. For more information on this program, call 636-534-5218.

Submit your volunteer opportunity for inclusion in the roundup by posting an announcement and emailing editor Kalen Ponche at kalen.ponche@patch.com
