Fun ways to get active

How do you make exercise a habit? Find an activity you enjoy! Whether it’s running, walking, swimming, riding your bike, you’re more like to stick to a “workout” if you look forward to doing it. Once you find “that” activity, you’ll be looking forward it. You’ll even miss it when you don’t do it.
