They should be in jail for fraud. Do not do business with Matt and Sharon Chapman. They take your money and never complete the project. It will cost you two times their estimate. The icing on the cake is they don't pay their contractors and a lien will be placed on your property. Check out the BBB first. Buyer be ware! Check with the Better Business Bureau before you sign anything, and absolutly don't give them any money!
