Before i share my complaint I feel i should first be fair and say this was my first bad experience. After ordering take out and waiting an hour. My family and i opened our bag of chicken fried rice, crispy beef, and one egg roll, found it all to be less than room temp. To make matters even more wonderful, I found my food, the beef, all over the bottom of the brown bag. So..... a little upset at this point, having to shovel my food into a container, i put in a call to Hunan King right away. I ask to speak to the manager, and to make a long story short. Was basically told that this was my fault!! Really?! I simply said to the manager, "I'm not sure who's fault this is be it the driver or chef, but i thought you might like to know the state in witch i received my food in" keep in mind the above sentence took 10 minutes to say, with all the abrupt interjections and rude interruptions by the manager. It ended with her stating "well it must be your fault". With as much sense as that made, i simply replied "well I'm never ordering from here again", to witch she said "fine OK!!". So all in all, after that experience, I would never recommend this restraunt to anyone ever. So much for the customer always being right..........or at least some respect towards the customer jeeeezzz.......
