The O'Fallon Planning and Zoning Commission meets the first Thursday of every month at the Municipal Centre for a 6pm pre-meeting and 7pm meeting. The commission comprises the mayor, a city council member and nine resident members.
Planning and Zoning reviews and approves new construction projects and enforces zoning. A comprehensive plan developed by citizens and adopted by the city council can be accessed on its Web site along with meeting schedules and submittal deadlines. All submittals and fees are due at noon on the deadline date.
