Pinewood? More like Pinehood. Management just wants to get apartments rented and could care less about the tenants. Cars are always being vandalized, children run around unsupervised and they totally ignore the pet policy. Dog poop is everywhere. There has been a stabbing and a convicted child molester living here. Don't forget about all the drunks and drug dealers.
