I live at Southernside and I have been here for a few months. I really like it here and so does my 8 yr old daughter. She has made alot of friends and the bus picks up in front of the office area which is nice cuz there are always people around. I think its a pretty place and they keep it clean. I love the pond and all the ducks, its just so relaxing to sit out in the evening and enjoy the night. I would recommend them to anyone.

had friends who lived there for 2 years they moved last yr,the apartments or nice,big rooms 2 bathrooms fireplaces. peaceful sets off away from noise.but if office and staff and company dont listen to the teants and take care of problems like above they wont be long.they need to care more and make sure they do stay nice and safe place for people.for the neighbors to have to thank the police cause office wouldnt do anything is wrong.
