Donald Trump has made an offer to President Obama that could mean $5 million to the charity of the President's choice.
With questions still arising about President Obama's country of birth and his college history, Donald Trump has made the President an offer, and the offer expires on Oct. 31, just days before the election. In his video, Trump asks the President to be more transparent and release his college transcripts and passport information. If he does, Trump said he'll write a $5 million check to the charity of Obama's choice. In August, an editorial in The Week posed four theories about why the outcry for President Obama's college transcripts had replaced "birtherism."
