O'Fallon emergency crews responded to a mulit-car accident at Mexico Loop Road and Highway K on Thursday afternoon. O'Fallon Police said two subjects were transported to the hospital for non-life threatening injuries.

Five people were injured in a car accident at Highway K and Waterford on Monday morning. O'Fallon Police said they received a call at 7:14 a.m. and four cars were involved. According to police, five people were transported to area hospitals with non-life threatening injuries. Highway K was shut down for a few hours, causing traffic delayed school buses entering Fort Zumwalt West Middle School. According to the O'Fallon Police Department Facebook page, some residents said traffic was backed up all the way to Dardenne Prairie.

An O'Fallon man suffered minor injuries in a car crash on westbound I-70 earlier this week. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Zackery R. Forshee, 20, O'Fallon, was traveling westbound on I-70 at 5:10 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 27, when he attempted to change lanes and failed to noticed a stopped car. The report states the front left of his 2011 Chevrolet Silverado struck the right rear of a 2002 Jeep Liberty driven by Garrett T. Nixon, 29, O'Fallon. Nixon's car overturned and Pattonville Fire District Ambulance transported him to DePaul Hospital with minor injuries. According to the report, both drivers were wearting safety belts and both cars were totaled.

Three drivers from O'Fallon, Wentzville and Lake Saint Louis were involved in a three-car chain-reaction accident Friday on Interstate 70. Linda E. Parr, 45, of Lake Saint Louis, was stopped for traffic in her 2001 GMC Yukon at 4:25 p.m. Friday. Behind her, a 2008 Pontiac Grand Prix driven by Tamala D. Tramble, 43, of Wentzville slowed for the congestion. A 2002 Ford F150 pickup driving by Rob B. Chatman, 21, of O'Fallon, was following too closely behind Tramble, reported the Missouri State Highway Patrol. Chatman's truck struck the rear of Tramble's Pontiac, which in turn struck the back of Parr's vehicle. St. Peters resident Laandra Fields and O'Fallon resident Judith Bronaugh were injured in a crash on Friday afternoon.
Two drivers were injured in a three-vehicle crash Friday afternoon on Interstate 70 in St. Charles County. Judith Bronaugh, 58, of O'Fallon and St. Peters resident Laandra Fields, 24, and were both taken to St. Joseph Hospital in St. Charles with minor injuries after the crash. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol , the third driver in the crash, 43-year-old Bowling Green resident Timothy Kirkman, failed to yield to slowing traffic on westbound Interstate 70 just east of Zumbehl Road. Kirkman's 2005 Dodge Ram struck the rear of Bronaugh's vehicle, which caused Bronaugh's car to strike Fields' vehicle. According to police, a car overturned early Wednesday afternoon.
O'Fallon Police say the scene is clear and no one was injured in an accident at Highway 40 and WingHaven Boulevard on Wednesday afternoon. O'Fallon Police Officer Diana Damke said a car overturned and authorities found a man crawling from the vehicle. She added the O'Fallon Fire Protection District warned of a gas leak, as medics checked the victim. According to police, the driver hit a guard rail when changing lanes, but was not transported to the hospital.

An 18-year-old O'Fallon man was injured on Saturday morning after his car overturned and traveled off of Highway P a half mile east of Guthrie Road. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol report, Matthew Grzybinski, 18, of O'Fallon, was traveling eastbound on Highway P around 4:28 a.m., when his 1999 Chevrolet Blazer traveled off to the right side of the road. The report states, Grzybinski attempted to correct to the left, when his right tires traveled off the roadway. The car overturned and traveled off the left side of the road. Grzybinski was transported to St. Joseph Hospital West with moderate injuries.

Car crash on Interstate 70 sends O'Fallon woman to hospital with moderate injuries.
A 22-year-old O'Fallon woman, attempting to dodge an unknown vehicle on Interstate 70 Saturday morning, inadvertently traveled underneath a Freightliner truck. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Elizabeth Brown was driving eastbound along I-70, near the Highway K exit, when she had to swerve from lane three of the highway to lane two in order to miss an unknown vehicle. As she swerved, she traveled underneath the towed unit of the Freightliner. Brown was taken to the St. Joseph Health Center with moderate injuries. No further details were available.

O'Fallon man ejected from motorcycle after losing contro
A 32-year-old O'Fallon man was seriously injured a single-car accident along Highway 61 in St. Charles County on Sunday morning. Ryan Rasmussen was driving a 2002 Triumph 955I motorcycle northbound on Highway 61—about five miles north of Wentzville—when he lost control of the motorcycle and struck a road sign. Rasmussen continued northbound and the motorcycle became airborn, traveling over Bedford Falls Road, and crashing into the center median before overturning several times. Rasmussen was ejected off the motorcycle and was wearing a safety device, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol website. Rasmussen was taken to Mercy Creve Couer by a St. Charles County ambulance. His motorcycle was totalled.
