Two Injured in Multi-Car Accident at Mexico Loop and Highway K Thursday

According to St. Charles County Missouri Scanner Traffic on Facebook, the accident occurred a little after noon.

O'Fallon emergency crews responded to a mulit-car accident at Mexico Loop Road and Highway K on Thursday afternoon.  According to St. Charles County Missouri Scanner Traffic on Facebook, O'Fallon Firefighters and St. Charles County Ambulance medics responded around noon.  O'Fallon Police said two subjects were transported to the hospital for non-life threatening injuries.

5 Injured in Car Accident at Highway K, Waterford Crossing on Monday Morning

O'Fallon Police said all five subjects were transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Five people were injured in a car accident at Highway K and Waterford on Monday morning. O'Fallon Police said they received a call at 7:14 a.m. and four cars were involved.   According to police, five people were transported to area hospitals with non-life threatening injuries. Highway K was shut down for a few hours, causing traffic delayed school buses entering Fort Zumwalt West Middle School.  According to the O'Fallon Police Department Facebook page, some residents said traffic was backed up all the way to Dardenne Prairie.

O'Fallon Man Killed in ATV Accident on Sunday

Accident occurred on Paris Branch Road in Lincoln County.

An O'Fallon man is dead after the ATV he was riding flipped and ejected him and two others from the vehicle on Sunday morning.  According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Bradley M. Ballman, 26, O'Fallon was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident on Paris Branch Road in Lincoln County.  Passenger Thomas S. Loeffer, 25, Troy, was airlifted to Mercy Medical Center in Creve Coeur with serious injuries. Driver Ryan J. Ehlmann, 22, Troy was transported to St. Joseph's Hospital with moderate injuries.

O'Fallon Man Injured After Car Overturns in Accident on I-70

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the accident occurred at 5:10 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 27.

An O'Fallon man suffered minor injuries in a car crash on westbound I-70 earlier this week.  According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Zackery R. Forshee, 20, O'Fallon, was traveling westbound on I-70 at 5:10 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 27, when he attempted to change lanes and failed to noticed a stopped car.  The report states the front left of his 2011 Chevrolet Silverado struck the right rear of a 2002 Jeep Liberty driven by Garrett T. Nixon, 29, O'Fallon. Nixon's car overturned and Pattonville Fire District Ambulance transported him to DePaul Hospital with minor injuries.  According to the report, both drivers were wearting safety belts and both cars were totaled.

O'Fallon Woman Ejected From Car in Crash

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the accident occurred on North Ridge Road on Saturday, Nov. 17.

An O'Fallon woman was seriously injured in a car wreck in Lincoln County over the weekend.  According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Allison M. Rodgers, 18, O'Fallon, was traveling on North Ridge Road just south of Hardy Road around 2:30 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 17, when her car failed to negotiate a curve. The report states the 2002 Oldsmobile Alero traveled off the right side of the road and overturned, ejecting Rodgers from the car.  Rodgers suffered from serious injuries and was transported to Mercy Medical Center by Air Evac.

Drivers Uninjured in Tuesday Afternoon Crash Near O'Fallon

Robert J. Deterding, was unharmed in the crash on T.R. Hughes Blvd.

A St. Peters man was unharmed despite sustaining extensive damage to his vehicle in a multi-car crash near O'Fallon on Tuesday afternoon.  Robert J. Deterding, 62, was involved in a two-vehicle collision on East Terra Lan just east of T.R. Hughes Blvd. in St. Charles County just after 3:30 p.m. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Wentville resident Ivan Mickens, 42, was stopped on the road attempting to make a left turn. Deterding, in his 2001 Dodge Ram, struck the rear of Mickens' 2004 Kia Optima. The impact of the crash totaled out Micken's car and sent him to seek medical attention. St. Charles County Ambulance took Mickens to St. Joseph Health Center in St. Charles. O'Fallon Man in Chain-Reaction Crash on I-70

The accident occurred on westbound Interstate 10 during rush-hour traffic Friday.

Three drivers from O'Fallon, Wentzville and Lake Saint Louis were involved in a three-car chain-reaction accident Friday on Interstate 70. Linda E. Parr, 45, of Lake Saint Louis, was stopped for traffic in her 2001 GMC Yukon at 4:25 p.m. Friday. Behind her, a 2008 Pontiac Grand Prix driven by Tamala D. Tramble, 43, of Wentzville slowed for the congestion. A 2002 Ford F150 pickup driving by Rob B. Chatman, 21, of O'Fallon, was following too closely behind Tramble, reported the Missouri State Highway Patrol. Chatman's truck struck the rear of Tramble's Pontiac, which in turn struck the back of Parr's vehicle. Tramble received minor injuries in the crash and was taken by ambulance to SSM St. Joseph Health Center in St. Charles. She was …

Truck Driver Killed in Crash on Salt River Road Ramp

Louisiana, MO., resident Arthur Johnson died in a crash Wednesday afternoon near O'Fallon.

A truck driver was killed Wednesday afternoon in a one-vehicle crash near O'Fallon on the Salt River Road entrance ramp heading to northbound Highway 79. The crash took place just after 3 p.m. on Wednesday. The driver, 58-year-old Arthur Johnson, of Louisiana, Mo., was pronounced dead by a St. Charles County Ambulance medic at 3:16 p.m. According to the crash report, Johnson lost control of his 2011 Peterbilt Tractor on the entrance ramp. The truck ran off the road and overturned, coming to a rest on the passenger side. Johnson was wearing his seat belt in the crash.  No other vehicles were involved.

Update: O'Fallon Man Injured in Fatal Crash On Monday

One driver has died after a head-on collision in a multi-car crash early Monday in St. Peters.

St. Peters Police have released the name of the man killed in a head-on collision early Monday morning. Jeffrey Conway, 27, of Florissant, was killed when his 2004 Monte Carlo crashed on Salt River Road on Monday. Conway was taken by ambulance to Barnes-Jewish St. Peters where he was pronounced dead. Police also released the names of the other drivers involved in the crash. Carol Motley, of Winfield, was the driver of the Chevy Trailblazer that was first struck in the crash. She sustained minor injuries and was released from the hospital. Gregory Tucker, of O'Fallon, was the driver of a GMC Sonoma in the crash. Two Injured in Multi-Motorcycle Accident on Interstate 70

A O'Fallon man was injured in a four-vehicle crash on Friday night.

A O'Fallon man was injured in a four-car crash on westbound Interstate 70 last Friday night.  Gregory Hanks, 21, of O'Fallon, was transported for St. Joseph's Hospital-West by St. Charles County EMS after being involved in the crash just east of Bryan Road on 11:34 p.m. on July 6. The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported that Hanks had minor injuries.  The crash report says Hanks, Joshua Kiel, 27, of O'Fallon and Jeremy Helmholtz, 22, of St. Peters were driving westbound on Interstate 70 in lane one on motorcycles. A fourth car, driven by an unknown driver, was in lane two. The fourth car changed lanes from two to one and struck Hanks' motorcycle, causing the vehicle to overturn.
