Help our food columnist decide where to start as he takes on one food a month at a different local restaurant each week.
It is with warm feelings that I welcome you to the O'Fallon Patch food review column. My name is Neal Steinbach and I will be your tour guide along this journey. I am also just the "average Joe," who goes out to eat just like you! I've never been to culinary school. I didn't study wine sauces in Venice or barbeque techniques in Texas, but I do know what good food is, and I'll do my best to give you an accurate reading on your local eating places.
