O'Fallon Man Indicted On Seven Counts of Sexual Assault
Seven women report that Lawrence Branam, owner of the Cosmetic Laser Center in St. Peters, touched them sexually during hair removal treatments.
The owner of the Cosmetic Laser Center in St. Peters was indicted by a St. Charles County grand jury Friday on seven counts of deviate sexual assault. Lawrence Branan, 48, of the 1400 block of Norwood Hills Drive in O’Fallon, owned the Cosmetic Laser Center at 7030 Mexico Road and was a licensed laser hair removal technician. Branam was arrested June 20 after St. Peters Police received a report that he had inappropriately touched a female client during hair removal treatments. The client told people she had gone in for laser hair removal and Branam had touched her in areas which were not treated as part of the laser hair removal process.
