Police say Jermaine Hill choked his wife and hit her nearly a dozen times before throwing a cell phone at a wall so hard that it embedded in the dry wall. Hill then told police they'd have to come back again when he is released.
A Dardenne Prairie man is accused of attacking his wife Saturday at their home. Jermaine Hill, 36, of the 7300 block of Pierside Drive in Dardenne Prairie, was charged Monday with third-degree domestic assault. A St. Charles County Sheriff’s deputy said Hill grabbed his wife by the neck, threw her into a wall and then down onto their bedroom floor between 1:25 p.m. and 1:47 p.m. on April 28. According to the report, Hill then choked the woman and hit her about 10 times in the face, arms and side. Police said he threw her cell phone hard enough to embed it into the drywall. Denise Myers, of St. Charles County near O'Fallon, was charged with third-degree domestic assault after police say she threw her daughter to the floor at their home and began choking her and hitting her head against the floor.
A St. Charles County woman is accused of choking her daughter and banging her head against the floor on Friday. Denise Myers, 42, of the first block of Cottonwood Drive in St. Charles County near O’Fallon, was charged Monday with third-degree domestic assault. A St. Charles County Sheriff’s deputy said Myers threw her 17-year-old daughter to the floor at their home, choked her and banged her head against the floor. The deputy said the daughter had red marks on her neck and a bump on her head. Myers’ son confirmed to police that she had choked her daughter on the floor at the home, according to a court document. O'Fallon Police said Kyle Gorman, who said he was ready to die, also fired shots in the home's garage and poured gasoline on his sister's car Saturday.
An O’Fallon man is accused of threatening his sister and firing shotgun blasts into the ground near her car Saturday. O’Fallon Police said Kyle Gorman, 19, screamed at his sister that he was going to kill her and fired the gun into the ground in the 400 block of White Chapel. The two both live at the address. Gorman was charged Monday with unlawful use of a weapon and third-degree domestic assault. Police said Gorman also fired the shotgun in the house’s garage and asked his sister if she wanted to be shot. An O’Fallon man faces a criminal charge after police said he struck, pushed and threw things at his girlfriend during an argument Dec. 21. Jeremy L. Mannahan, 30, of thee 400 block of Feise Road in O’Fallon, was charged Tuesday with third-degree domestic assault. Mannahan told police he did not hit his girlfriend, but did push her in attempt to leave their house. Mannahan also was charged with third-degree domestic assault and property damage relating to an incident on Oct. 19. Bail was set at $15,000 for the Dec. 21 domestic assault charge. An O’Fallon man faces domestic abuse charges after police said he pulled out a gun and chambered a round while arguing with his wife and threatened to “go out in a big way.” Joshua Jenson, 24, of the 1600 block of Knightwood Lane in O’Fallon, was charged Friday with unlawful use of a weapon and third-degree domestic assault. O’Fallon Police said Jenson pulled out a Sig Sauer 1911 handgun while arguing with his wife and chambered a round. An O’Fallon man faces criminal charges for hitting his wife and sister and ordering his dog to attack his brother-in-law Sunday. Joshua R. Hackmann, 19, of the first block of Meramec Shores Court in O’Fallon, was charged Monday with two counts of second-degree assault and one count of third-degree assault. O’Fallon Police said Hackmann was arguing with his wife and pushed her to the floor and began choking her. His wife told police she had knee pain during the struggle. An O’Fallon man faces several criminal charges for attacking his wife Saturday. Gunther Russbacher, 35, of the 300 block of Falcon Hill in O’Fallon, was charged Monday with second-degree domestic assault, two counts of third-degree domestic assault and felonious restraint. O’Fallon Police said Russbacher attended Substance Abuse Traffic Offender Program classes Saturday and then went to a bar. When he returned home he began arguing with his wife, police said. A 17-year-old assaulted his entire immediate family Aug. 28, according to St. Charles County Sheriff's deputy. Patrick Craven, 17, of Fox Drive in unincorporated St. Charles County east of O'Fallon, was charged Aug. 29 with three counts of third-degree domestic assault. A St. Charles County Sheriff’s deputy said Craven was the primary physical aggressor in the assault. According to the deputy’s report, Craven tackled his father and the two crashed through a wooden door. Craven struck his father in the face several times. An O’Fallon man faces criminal charges for assaulting his wife Monday. Timothy McAtee, 41, of Lord Edward Court in O’Fallon, was charged Tuesday with third-degree domestic assault. O’Fallon Police said that McAtee pulled his wife’s hair, slammed her to the floor and held her down so she could not call for help. The victim’s son witnessed the event, left the house and called 911, police said in a report. The alleged incident occurred at the couple's home on Lord Edward Court.
