St. Charles County Man Faces Drug, Firearms Charges
St. Charles County Drug Task Force members said they found used meth smoking devices and handguns in the man's house Nov. 20.
A man faces drug and handgun charges after the St. Charles County Drug Task Force searched his St. Charles County home near O’Fallon, police said. Brian Whaley, 36, of the first block of Laura Drive in St. Charles County near O’Fallon, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of handguns. A Drug Task Force detective said Whaley had been under investigation by the drug task force, which executed a search warrant on his home Nov. 20. Acccording to court documents, the search discovered eight foil devices used to smoke methamphetamine and eight handguns.
