St. Charles County Department of Community Health and the Environment regularly inspects food service establishments throughout St. Charles County, except for within limits of St. Peters. The establishments begin with a score of 100 and points are deducted based on the severity of problems observed. According to the department's website, a low score does not mean the restaurant was unsafe on the day of the inspection. Thanks for the comments. We'll see what we can do—posting an entire inspection is a bit trickier, because we have to request them individually from the health department. Perhaps if we looked at the 5 lowest scores across the county a little more in depth? What do you think?   more ›
