O'Fallon Mayor Bill Hennessy has named eight citizens to the Historic Preservation Commission. The commission will identify historic properties in the community, seek grants and advise the city council on historic preservation efforts. Click here to read more about the duties. The Historic Preservation Commission members are: The O'Fallon City Council approved the establishment of the commission at the Oct. 11 meeting. Applicants were sought for backgrounds with architecture, law, real estate brokerage, banking, history or other fields related to historic preservation.
